PREMIERE: Reservoir – “Waves Erase”

“Waves Erase”, the new single from Pennsylvania emo quartet Reservoir, fuses together several different strains of sepia-toned, middle American mood music. The song begins with the sort of crisp cycling you might associate with American Analog Set and Bedhead before eventually blooming into the outsized shimmer of The Appleseed Cast. It’s a considerable step forward for the band (and a poignant one), part of a four-song EP/12″ titled  Cicurina Vol. 1 (an Appleseed Cast-esque title no less!) to be released through Glory Kid Records. Pre-order the record here, stream “Waves Erase” below.
